We’re seeking a hands-on Computer Repair & Hardware Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals. You’ll work both in our workshop and on-site, ensuring systems run smoothly and clients stay productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and other hardware
- Install, configure, and test operating systems, drivers, and firmware
- Assemble custom laptop/notebooks builds and advise clients on component selection
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, notebooks, computers and peripheral devices
- Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.
- Provide clear, patient guidance to clients on hardware maintenance and best practices.
- Staying current with emerging hardware technologies and repair techniques.
