We’re seeking a hands-on Computer Repair & Hardware Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals. You’ll work both in our workshop and on-site, ensuring systems run smoothly and clients stay productive.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and other hardware
Install, configure, and test operating systems, drivers, and firmware
Assemble custom laptop/notebooks builds and advise clients on component selection
Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, notebooks, computers and peripheral devices
Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.
Provide clear, patient guidance to clients on hardware maintenance and best practices.
Staying current with emerging hardware technologies and repair techniques.
